Sean Hubert is the Vice President and Strategy Officer at Central City Concern (CCC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency in Portland, Ore., committed to ending homelessness. As Vice President and Strategy Officer, Sean supports teams that are advancing CCC's core strategy of delivering supported pathways out of homelessness through a client-centered and connected care approach. His portfolio includes several shared services teams including the Office of Integration and Innovation, Public Affairs, and Policy & Advocacy, as well as Housing and Employment direct service teams. Sean has overseen over $350 million in real estate development at CCC including more than 1,300 units of housing and 180,000 SF of clinical facilities created or preserved.
Sean has spent the past 25 years working to expand community affordability and bring comprehensive supports to those in need of stability and opportunity - active in a number of community and industry efforts, he has served as a board member of Housing Oregon, the Oregon Facility Authority, and has been an advisory member to several local and statewide initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Shippensburg University and is a licensed property manager in Oregon.
