If the Bank, in its capacity as a beneficiary's bank, accepts a payment order for the Member, payment occurs at the first to occur of: the Bank credits the amount of the payment order to the Member’s account, the Bank notifies the Member that the Bank has credited the Member’s account, or the Bank lawfully applies the credit to a debt of the Member. If the Bank, in its capacity as a beneficiary's bank, accepts a payment order for the Member, regardless of whether the payment order instructs payment to an account of the Member, the Bank may, but is not required to, provide notice of such acceptance to the Member.
