Juel Burnette III is an enrolled member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe and was born and raised on the Rosebud Indian Reservation. He attended both the University of South Dakota and Sinte Gleska University. Over the last 30 years, Mr. Burnette has served Indian Country in the mortgage and banking industry.
He has devoted more than 20 years developing the HUD Section 184 program across the nation working with tribes, tribal housing authorities, Native individuals, and Native American families. Mr. Burnette currently serves as a branch manager with 1st Tribal Lending helping Tribes, Tribal Housing Authorities and tribal members obtain safe and affordable housing across Indian Country.
