Wendy Martinez is the director of housing solutions for the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. She also serves on the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce Board, the Teton Library Foundation Board, the Immigrant Hope Board, the Humanities Council of Wyoming, and the Town of Jackson Planning Commission.
As the director of housing solutions, Ms. Martinez leads the foundation's housing initiative, which addresses the community's most pressing housing needs in collaboration with private, public, and non-profit partners. Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Wendy was the director of homeowner services and community engagement for Habitat for Humanity, where affordable housing programs and policies were at the center of her work. Wendy is inspired to continue her work to remove barriers to affordable housing through financial education; creative lending solutions; and by improving access to affordable loans and quality financial services throughout all segments of her community.
Ms. Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Wyoming.
