As chief business officer, Wil leads all business activities involving member relations, including credit and mortgage sales and marketing communications, as well as strategic planning.
Prior to joining FHLB Des Moines in 2020, Wil served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka. He joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka in 2006 had held several leadership positions. Prior to joining FHLB Topeka, Wil served as vice president, director of profitability and performance measurement, for Bank of the West.
Wil is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster College.
