Clay joined FHLB Des Moines 19 years ago as a collateral analyst with members in Northern Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. He then moved into the role of relationship manager for Minneapolis-St. Paul and Northern Minnesota. Currently, Clay is the member solutions director. Before joining the Bank, Clay spent 17 years in the financial industry working for regional and community financial institutions as a senior lender, bank board member and stockholder, problem loan workout specialist and lender. He holds a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from North Dakota State University and graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School. Fargo, North Dakota, is home for Clay.
