Phil joined FHLB Des Moines in 2002 and is a senior relationship manager in the Member Solution Department. He covers the eastern half of Missouri. Before joining the Bank, Phil spent 12 years with UMB Bank in St Louis, Missouri, where he worked as senior vice president in the correspondent and investment banking departments and held a Series 7 license from the National Association of Securities Dealers. Phil earned his Bachelor of Arts in management and finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and he completed the American Bankers Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking program. Phil resides in St, Louis, Missouri, with his two children and his wife of 25 years.
