Rich joined FHLB Des Moines six years ago. He is a senior relationship manager and covers Western Missouri. Before joining the Bank, Rich spent more than 30 years as a bank regulator with the Missouri Division of Finance, where he last served as commissioner of finance from 2009 through 2014. Rich also served as the division’s deputy commissioner and was a bank examiner in the Central Missouri district. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting from Lincoln University and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He is a certified examinations manager. He lives in Jefferson City, Missouri, with his wife and daughter.
