FHLBDM will not accept delivery of loans with an Appraisal Waiver for the MPF Traditional product

Today, the MPF Program announced that MPF Traditional loans with accepted Appraisal Waiver offers from Desktop Underwriter (DU) are now eligible to be delivered into the MPF Program.
FHLB Des Moines will not accept delivery of loans with an Appraisal Waiver. These loans are ineligible for sale into the MPF Traditional product.
FHLB Des Moines will continue, however, to accept the delivery of loans with Appraisal Waivers for MPF Xtra.
