For awarded Competitive Affordable Housing Program rental applications, it is the responsibility of the housing organization (AHP Sponsor) to meet project administration requirements.

A Feasibility Workbook must be completed for each assisted unit in a project.
A legally enforceable Retention Agreement with a term of fifteen years must be executed. The forms below are for use on fee simple land and on tribal trust land.
A Construction Cost Calculator must be provided for each project at Application, Disbursement, and Project Completion Reporting (at minimum). Please choose the version that corresponds with the later of the year the project received bids or year of the construction contract.
